" Overcoming Negativity"...


A very long time ago... There was a Sage who once said "Human mind functions in such a way that it is only designed to add &multiply, there is no subtraction or division in human mind. So when people say that you can remove negative thoughts & replace it with positive thoughts . It is impossible. The mind doesn't function that way. If any of you feel it does then "All the best ". Let's experiment this for couple of seconds.. For the next 10-15 seconds check if you can remove one thought forcefully. Try not to think about "any liabilities in your life" for the next 10 seconds. You will see that you will be only imagining all the liabilities that is in your life . So this is the true nature of your mind. You can never remove anything forcefully with your mind. The day you say you will stop thinking about anything the very next minute the mind will start to do the opposite. Your mind will always be on it .

To overcome this .. First understand the mechanism of your mind. Human mind is the most sophisticated software in the planet. You need to pay a little attention to it to understand how it functions. There is always a distinction of what you want & what you have gathered. To understand this first you need to understand the physiological & psychological process. Body & mind serves the individual itself . So basically beyond your thoughts & emotions you need to understand the factor called "being alive ". You are alive to experience life. You exist. The life that you are is the most significant experience for every individual who is living. Once you find the distinction between your psychological & physiological process that will be the end of your suffering. Because the only two kind of suffering a human goes through is physical suffering & mental suffering. So what you are thinking is not important , what's important is that you are alive that you can think. So removing a negative thought is basically you are just avoiding & the very moment you stop it it will pop back with greater force.

Create a little space between you (aliveness) your mind (psychological process) & your body (physiological process). -Remember Anger, Anxiety, Fear, Resentment.. all this is created by you & directed towards somebody. It's similar to drink poison & expect someone else to die. Going back to the basic of aliveness will automatically erase all negativity that was generated by you. Be thankful & grateful to the life God has granted each one of us and enjoy life itself. Life is too short for resentment anger hatred & negativity.
